  1. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 2–5 business days

  • Belgium: 3–6 business days

  • Europe: 5–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–12 business days

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  1. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

  1. Warranty

All products are covered by statutory consumer rights under Dutch law.

In addition, Z I V A A offers a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects present upon delivery.

This includes:

  • Defective clasps or closures

  • Loose stones upon arrival

  • Visible production faults

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Exposure to water, chemicals, or cosmetics

  • Natural fading of gold plating over time

  1. Jewelry Care

Our jewelry is primarily made from stainless steel and gold-plated materials.

To maintain quality:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising

  • Store in a dry place

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and design, is the property of Z I V A A and may not be used without written permission.

  1. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z I V A A shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
