Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–12 business days

    • Standard shipping: €7.95

  • Europe:

    • Free shipping on orders over €100

    • Standard shipping: €12.95

  • Rest of the world:

    • Standard shipping: €14.95

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Z I V A A is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
