At Z I V A A, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned with original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or are returned incomplete.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@zivaa.nl with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
For international returns, please clearly mark the package as:
“Return – no commercial value”
Any import duties or additional charges remain the responsibility of the sender.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
